Join Sam, a certified Pre- and Postnatal Pilates Instructor, in a welcoming session designed to target the unique needs of the body before and after birth.

This engaging class fosters mindfulness, strength, and balance for everyone—parents, caregivers, and kids of all ages. Through fun yoga poses, interactive activities, and relaxation exercises, families can bond and enjoy quality time in a welcoming community.
Drop-In Rate: $25 for one adult + one child
Additional $10 per extra family member per session

Mom & Me Strong is a 45 minute dynamic Mom and Baby workout designed to empower individuals with essential knowledge and practical skills for optimal full body strength and pelvic health. We wrap up with a 15-minute community chat, fostering connection and discussion about insights gained during the session.

This supportive, hands-on workshop takes the guesswork out of early speech and language development. You’ll learn:
What’s typical at different stages of speech and language growth
How to recognize red flags or signs your child may need extra support
Simple, play-based strategies you can use at home to support your child’s development
In this playful, music-filled class led by a pediatric speech-language pathologist, parents will bond with their babies through movement and song while gaining hands-on education, practical tips, and age-appropriate strategies to support early speech and language development.
