Meet Dr. Jenny

The Nest began with my own journey through pregnancy, the 4th trimester, and beyond. Going through these stages firsthand sparked a passion in me to change the way prenatal and postpartum care is delivered. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in orthopedic care, I found my true calling in pelvic health in 2018 while working at a women-run PT clinic called Breathe in Des Moines, Iowa. My mentors there encouraged me to pursue additional training, which deepened my expertise and commitment to this field.
The experiences I had—both personally and professionally—drove me to create Inspire, a company where I hope to provide the kind of expert, compassionate care that every woman deserves. My goal is to empower women to have safe, empowered birth experiences and to offer hope and healing to those who need it. Inspire is my way of bringing that vision to life, ensuring that women receive the best possible care during some of the most important moments of their lives.
