This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high speed Internet connection.

Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

Wednesdays 6pm (4-week series: 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24). This mat pilates class is pre and postnatal friendly for all levels! Designed to support total body movement, this mat pilates session will focus on strengthening the deep core muscles, as well as the lower and upper body with safe and rewarding exercises.
 
Come stretch, strengthen, and connect at this special pop-up Pilates class led by Sam, a certified perinatal Pilates instructor. Designed for postpartum moms and their babies (6 weeks to pre-crawling), this 45-minute class gently supports your recovery while including your baby in the movement and bonding.
 
Join us for a warm, interactive session designed for caregivers of babies ages 0–12 months. In this 45-minute workshop, you’ll learn what early developmental milestones typically look like, how to recognize when your baby may need extra support, and simple, playful ways to encourage motor and sensory growth—right from the comfort of your floor mat. We’ll cover tummy time, early rolling and crawling movements, sitting, early standing and how to “play with purpose” to support your baby’s natural development. Bring your baby, your questions, and get ready to move, connect, and grow together. A short Q&A will follow the session.
 
Ideal for: Babies aged 0–12 months

Mom & Me Strong is a 45 minute dynamic Mom and Baby workout designed to empower individuals with essential knowledge and practical skills for optimal full body strength and pelvic health. We wrap up with a 15-minute community chat, fostering connection and discussion about insights gained during the session.
