Get ready to rock your feeding journey! No stress, no shame, just real talk and practical skills. In this fun, judgment-free prenatal class, we’ll cover how to get a great latch, build your milk supply, navigate pumping, and handle those early feeding curveballs with confidence.
Perfect for anyone who wants to feel prepared, empowered, and maybe even a little badass about feeding their baby. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your sense of humor because feeding should feel good for you and your baby.
As your baby becomes mobile, life gets busier! As a pediatric physical therapist and mom of 3 toddlers, Dr. Katie knows parents need tips that are quick, effective, and easy to integrate. This workshop is designed for busy parents of babies 7-15 months who want to optimize their child’s development without adding stress to their day.
We will focus on maximizing those little moments throughout your day to build strength and coordination for crawling, cruising, and walking.
What you’ll gain:
“Stealth” developmental play: Turn simple tasks like laundry, loading the dishwasher, or fetching toys into fun, PT-approved movement practice.
Hands-on coaching to adjust your baby’s stance and movement patterns for optimal muscle development.
Practical tips for safely navigating the furniture-cruising phase and encouraging transitions.
Confidence in knowing the difference between typical variations in development and when intervention might be beneficial.
Join us for a hands-on experience where you’ll practice positioning and play techniques with your own baby. Walk away with a clear action plan to confidently support your little one on their journey to independent walking!
