The Nest Wellness Collective is more than a clinic — it’s a sanctuary for women navigating the often-overlooked transitions of health. Whether preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, managing pelvic pain, or simply craving care that truly listens, The Nest exists because women deserve more – more answers, more empathy, more holistic support. Our team of providers collaborates under one roof to offer physical therapy, mental health care, nutrition counseling, bodywork, movement classes and more – all grounded in evidence and delivered with deep compassion. We see you. We honor your story. And we’re here to walk alongside you through every stage, from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. At The Nest, you’re not just a patient, you’re a whole person, and you are worthy of care that reflects that.
My journey to founding The Nest Wellness Collective began with both my own lived experiences as a mother and my deep calling as a physical therapist. I witnessed firsthand how women are too often overlooked in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond — dismissed, under-supported, and left to navigate life-altering changes alone. These gaps weren’t just professional observations; they became personal when I became a mother myself, carrying both the joys and the traumas of birth and postpartum.
In 2020, with a baby at home and an unwavering belief that women deserve more, I launched Inspire Physical Therapy & Wellness. From the beginning, my vision was bigger than physical therapy alone. I wanted to build a place where women could feel truly seen, held, and empowered through every stage of their health journey. By 2024, that vision evolved into The Nest Wellness Collective, a sanctuary where pelvic health, mental health, nutrition, and community live under one roof.
For me, The Nest is not just a clinic — it’s the answer to the care I longed for, the care I know countless others need, and the care I am determined to make the standard. It is my mission, my passion, and my life’s work to ensure no woman ever feels alone in her healing.
At the nest, diversity and inclusion are key to our success and create an environment where everyone can thrive authentically. We value unique perspectives, experiences, and talents, and are committed to providing equal opportunities for all. What matters to us is your skills, passion, and dedication—not your personal quirks. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that makes you who you are.
