Fridays in May! A weekly 30-minute full-body workout designed for moms to move, strengthen, and reconnect while little ones play safely nearby. This class blends intentional full-body movement in a supportive environment so moms can bond with baby and care for themselves.

Core & Connection is a 4-week mat Pilates series designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, and move with greater awareness.

Through intentional movement, breath, and controlled strength work, participants will focus on improving core stability, posture, mobility, and overall body connection. Each class offers a supportive and welcoming environment where you can slow down, move with purpose, and develop strength that carries into everyday life.

This series is prenatal and postpartum friendly, with thoughtful modifications available to support participants at different stages of their journey.

Spots are limited to maintain a supportive and personalized class environment. Registration is required.

Investment:
4-week series: $120
Drop-in: $35 (if space allows)

A twice-monthly in-person gathering hosted by Allie O’Beirne of First Me Then Mom, designed to support mothers in reconnecting with themselves beyond the roles they carry. Each meet-up includes meaningful group discussion, a guided reflection or activity, and tangible tools to help you stay connected to your true self in everyday life.

This group is part of the Mother May I Community membership. Registration and payment are completed directly through First Me Then Mom. Once registered, join us in person at The Nest Wellness Collective for our cozy, connection-centered gathering.

A Red Cross certified hybrid First Aid & CPR class covering adult and infant care. Participants complete the educational portion online, then attend an in-person skills check at The Nest to practice and demonstrate adult and infant CPR, first aid skills, and emergency response. Registration is required. Must register by May 22 to allow enough time to complete the online portion.

There is no one way to build a family.

We’re honored to offer a free monthly Trying to Conceive Support Group at The Nest — a space rooted in connection, inclusivity, and support through every version of the journey.

This group is open to all individuals trying to conceive, including queer and trans families and supports all outcomes and all choices.

  • Led by Kate Manipon (they/she), C-FSD, CLC
  • Free to attend
  • First Thursday of every month starting May 7th | 6:30–7:30 PM
  • Registration preferred, walk-ins always welcome

We aim to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported — exactly as you are.

Please note: we ask that older children stay home, as conversations may be sensitive.
