Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, this class is designed to help your baby master their earliest milestones in a supportive, expert-led environment. We focus on the building blocks of movement—including tummy time, rolling, and sitting—through purposeful play. Beyond the physical, this is a space for parent-baby bonding and social engagement for your little one. Each session ends with an open Q&A where you can ask questions about motor milestones. Come move, play, and grow with us! Ages: Birth to Crawling.

Families who register for the full 6-week series will also be invited to join a private WhatsApp community group with your pediatric PT, The Nest team, and other participating parents.
