This all-levels yoga class is pre and postnatal friendly. No childcare? No problem! Bring your little one with you as we practice together as a community of new parents. 

Join Alice, a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, in a practice designed to target the unique needs of the body before and after birth.  Babies and toddlers can tag along and enjoy casual atmosphere and welcoming space. 

Mom & Me Strong is a dynamic class designed to empower individuals with essential knowledge and practical skills for optimal full body strength and pelvic health. We wrap up with a 15-minute community chat, fostering connection and discussion about insights gained during the session.

Welcoming a newborn is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming! In this interactive workshop, you’ll gain confidence in caring for your little one. We’ll cover essential topics like safe sleep, feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques. Perfect for expecting parents and caregivers, this class will prepare you for the joys and challenges of bringing a baby home. Whether it’s your first baby or a refresher, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high speed Internet connection.

Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for American Red Cross: Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

This mat pilates class is pre and postnatal friendly for all levels! Designed to support total body movement, this mat pilates session will focus on strengthening the deep core muscles, as well as the lower and upper body with safe and rewarding exercises. 

Join Sam, a certified Pre- and Postnatal Pilates Instructor, in a welcoming session designed to target the unique needs of the body before and after birth. 

Saturday, July 26th at 11:00am. 

Katie Eppley, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, will be doing a 30-minute talk (11:00am–11:30am) on baby/toddler sleep. She’ll share some common sleep obstacles along with some sleep tips to help your little one! After the talk, your baby or kids are welcome to play in the space while you continue to chat and ask questions with Katie.

This engaging class fosters mindfulness, strength, and balance for everyone—parents, caregivers, and kids of all ages. Through fun yoga poses, interactive activities, and relaxation exercises, families can bond and enjoy quality time in a welcoming community.

Drop-In Rate: $25 for one adult + one child
Additional $10 per extra family member per session

Is Your Child on Track with Speech and Language Milestones?

A Hands-On Parent Workshop with Rachael Loscher, Speech and Language Pathologist

With so much information out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. You might be wondering: Is my child where they should be? And if not, what can I do to help them thrive?

This supportive, hands-on workshop takes the guesswork out of early speech and language development. You’ll learn:

  • What’s typical at different stages of speech and language growth

  • How to recognize red flags or signs your child may need extra support

  • Simple, play-based strategies you can use at home to support your child’s development

In this playful, music-filled class led by a pediatric speech-language pathologist, parents will bond with their babies through movement and song while gaining hands-on education, practical tips, and age-appropriate strategies to support early speech and language development.
