Mom & Me Strong is a dynamic 45 min workout class designed to empower individuals with essential knowledge and practical skills for optimal full body strength and pelvic health. This class is a workout with your baby so you may do baby-wearing or preform the exercises with baby on the mat. We will wrap up with a 15-minute community chat, fostering connection and discussion about insights gained during the session.
Join American Red Cross Instructor Emma for a hands-on session where you’ll learn life-saving pediatric/infant CPR and how to respond to choking emergencies. Please note, there is an online portion for CPR and choking that must be completed before the workshop. The workshop is intended to practice the life saving skills on our manikins. Afterward, Registered Dietitian Lauren will guide you through the process of introducing solid foods to your baby, covering when to start and the best first foods. This workshop will help you feel confident and prepared for both emergencies and the exciting milestone of transitioning to solids!
Join Great Lakes Serenity for a 60-minute Infant Massage class designed for families. The session will cover:
Amanda will demonstrate the techniques on a baby doll, but families are welcome to bring their babies along. Please bring your own lotion or oil that you know your baby doesn’t have any reactions to. We will discuss how to test products at home for safety (24-hour skin test required). If you prefer not to bring your baby, Amanda has spare baby dolls available.
