This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high speed Internet connection.

Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

This all-levels yoga class is pre and postnatal friendly. No childcare? No problem! Bring your little one with you as we practice together as a community of new parents.

Join Alice, a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, in a practice designed to target the unique needs of the body before and after birth.  Babies and toddlers can tag along and enjoy a casual atmosphere and welcoming space.

Join Morgan and Hannah from Birmingham Speech and Language for a fun, autumn-themed playgroup that supports early speech, language, and motor development. This Pop-up session will include story time, songs, movement, and simple seasonal crafts—perfect for babies and toddlers (0-36 months) to learn through play!
 

Bring Your Little Boo! is a fun and refreshing mom-and-baby workout and yoga class designed to help you move, stretch, and connect—with your little one and other moms! Join us from 10 AM to 12 PM for a blend of gentle fitness and yoga, perfect for all levels. After class, stick around for cider, donuts, and relaxed hangout time. It’s the perfect mix of self-care, bonding, and community.

Best for ages 0-18 months

Join us for a blended learning experience through the American Red Cross that combines the flexibility of online education with the value of in-person instruction. This course includes an online module that must be completed before attending the in-person skills session.

Online Portion:

In-Person Session:
Led by a certified instructor, Kylie Jayaraman, this hands-on training will be held at The Nest Wellness Co.

Upon successful completion of both portions, participants will receive a digital American Red Cross certification, valid for two years.

We’ll cover essential topics like safe sleep, feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques. Perfect for expecting parents and caregivers, this class will prepare you for the joys and challenges of bringing a baby home. Whether it’s your first baby or a refresher, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
 

Life with a newborn is busy enough—you don’t need more to do! This is why this workshop, led by a pediatric physical therapist, is focused on making developmental play simple, effective, and quick.

Perfect for parents of babies 0-6 months, this session will give you the practical tools you need to help your little one master key milestones like tummy time, rolling, and early sitting—all without adding stress to your day.

An intimate evening circle for mothers preparing for a VBAC. Together we will share stories, release fears, build self trust, and explore simple tools for advocacy, movement, and birth planning. You will leave feeling grounded, supported, and empowered to step into birth with confidence, no matter the path your journey takes.

Arkady Brown is a certified birth photographer and VBAC certified doula who also carries the lived experience of being a VBAC mama. She understands the power of informed choice and the importance of feeling seen in birth, and she believes that self-trust is the foundation of every empowered birthing journey. Through compassionate support and storytelling imagery, she helps families honor their births with confidence and connection.

As your baby becomes mobile, life gets busier! As a pediatric physical therapist and mom of 3 toddlers, Dr. Katie knows parents need tips that are quick, effective, and easy to integrate. This workshop is designed for busy parents of babies 7-15 months who want to optimize their child’s development without adding stress to their day.

We will focus on maximizing those little moments throughout your day to build strength and coordination for crawling, cruising, and walking.

Dena is a Certified Nurse Coach who specializes in helping women calm the overwhelm and create sustainable, life-giving habits that support healing and balance. With a background in ER nursing and a passion for guiding patients through meaningful lifestyle change, she brings empathy, encouragement, and practical tools to every session. Outside of coaching, Dena enjoys life on her busy homestead with her husband, three boys, and a menagerie of animals.

Kathryn Faraj, FNP-C, SAFM-CFM

Family Nurse Practitioner | Functional Medicine provider

As a board-certified nurse practitioner with a background in critical care, Kathryn Faraj, FNP-C, brings both clinical expertise and compassionate insight to her functional medicine practice. She works with women to identify and correct the root causes of fatigue, mood changes, and hormonal dysfunction through integrative, evidence-based care. Outside of the clinic, Kathryn enjoys family adventures with her husband and three children, strength training, and creating spaces that inspire wellness and connection.

Pelvic Health & Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Dr. Courteney is a skilled physical therapist with specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, and neurological recovery. Her work is rooted in education, empowerment, and evidence-based strategies that promote whole-body healing. She has completed advanced coursework in bowel and postpartum rehab, coccydynia, and abdominal wall manual therapy. Outside the clinic, Courteney enjoys yoga, dance, special-effects makeup, and building computers with her husband—all while being lovingly supervised by her three cats: Boo, Bones, and Boris.

Kristin’s empathetic and collaborative style ensures patients feel supported throughout their healing journey. Inspired by her own journey through pregnancy and postpartum, she founded Inspire Physical Therapy & Wellness and The Nest Wellness Collective to transform women’s healthcare through connection, compassion, and holistic care. Her approach blends manual therapy, functional movement, and patient education to empower individuals to heal confidently and live fearlessly. Jenny treats across the lifespan—“anyone with a pelvis”—with a particular focus on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and chronic pelvic pain.
